Commissioning & Start up

Our startup services optimally configure your equipment to your working conditions without compromising safety. We provide equipment relocation planning, strip and assembly, commissioning and local adaptions while ensuring compliance with local legislations and specific mine requirements.

Service Programs and Agreements

RDH-Scharf has developed flexible service and support agreements in order to maximize your equipment’s availability and performance. Service and support agreements help you to better prevent and plan equipment interventions. We have a whole range of practical and profitable options.

Our customer support agreements are flexible with regards to content and cover everything from inspections of your machine to us assuming full responsibility for maintenance and repairs at a fixed cost. This means, regardless of what your business looks like and how it changes over time, that you as machine owner can avoid unplanned downtime and thus unexpected costs. And, this also means that you as machine owner are assured of maximum profitability. Together, we tailor a service agreement that’s just right for you, taking into account your equipment, resources and work methods. After all, we have developed and designed your machine, so we know exactly what it takes to look after it.

Training

Your equipment is only as good as the people who are operating and caring for it. Our training is designed to help you improve operator productivity and safety, while also minimizing reactive maintenance, translating into a bigger profit margin for your operation.

On-site training details:

Whether you are in need of scheduled maintenance or unscheduled damage repairs, you can count on us. We support you with in-depth product and application expertise, rapid response, local presence and a worldwide logistics network. With RDH-trained technicians you can have confidence in the quality of the services and support we provide. With your safety and productivity in mind we provide:

Parts & Component Exchange/Repair

RDH keeps a substantial inventory of major components, assemblies and key parts to enable your equipment to function at its best and safest. Purchasing directly from RDH ensures parts are approved by the OEM and are specifically designed for RDH equipment.

We also provide component exchange or repair options for our customers. Damaged components may be exchanged for rebuilt and warranted components off the shelf or repaired and brought back to operational status before being returned to you. Components and assemblies are fully inspected and repaired, providing the customer with inspection reports and repair cost estimates. The parts are restored to full OEM specifications and a warranty is furnished.

Equipment Rebuild

Investing in brand new equipment is not always an option. When your fleet is aging and your operation requirements change, we offer an option that extends the life of your equipment at a lower cost than buying new. Unlike many other manufacturers, we are willing and capable to rebuild all types of mobile mining equipment, whether it be a RDH product or one from another manufacturer.

Credit

Equipment lease purchase financing is available (OAC) for anything from a single unit to large fleets, with various payment schedules that have the flexibility to meet your individual project needs.
